Safety & help on-site
I'll come to you on-site and we'll go through everything together, in peace. For simple questions, remote support is also possible if you prefer.

Yes. I offer on-site visits. We'll arrange a time that suits you – no stress.
Do you also repair broken devices?
No. If, for example, the screen, battery or power supply is broken, I can't help. I take care of usage, settings, the internet and safety.
What does a visit cost?
The first short phone call is free. After that I'll give you a clear estimate of what the visit will roughly cost – no hidden fees.
How can I protect myself from internet scams?
We go through your devices together, set up safe options, and I'll show you how to spot fraudulent emails and phone calls.
