I come to your home and we look at everything together, in peace. For simple questions we can also use remote support if you prefer.

Do you really come to my home?
Yes. I do house calls in the Barnim area. We arrange a time that suits you and I come to you – no stress.
Do you also repair broken devices?
No. If, for example, the screen, battery or power supply is broken, I can't help. I take care of usage, settings, the internet and safety.
What does a visit cost?
The first short phone call is free. After that I'll give you a clear estimate of what the visit will roughly cost – no hidden fees.
How can I protect myself from internet scams?
We go through your devices together, set up safe options, and I'll show you how to spot fraudulent emails and phone calls.
