Do you also repair broken hardware?
No. I exclusively offer software and services, including remote support.
Do you also work with private customers?
Yes – both SMBs and private customers are welcome, as long as the need fits my service portfolio.
How does a typical project run?
Free initial call → effort estimate & quote → implementation in transparent iterations → handover and optional maintenance.
What about data protection and GDPR?
Data protection is standard, not optional. Records of processing, DPAs and EU hosting are a given.
